b series injectors in a y8

does any one know the flow rate of b16 or 18 injectors and if they would be an up grade over the stock y8 ones?

y7's have 190 cc's right? since u already got your question answered i figured id just post in here instead of makin a new thread. anyways....would upgrading to y8 (240cc) injectors help if your car is stock...?
