Bottom line, Paypal has yet to recover all my money.

Luckily it wasn't too much money, but because he never sent out what I paid for, my car sat for an extra week or two.

He's obviously still posting on here, and responding to other people's PMs, just not mine. He won't answer my phone messages, PMs, emails from me or paypal.
