2 bolts in each wheel well (4), 2 small screws on each corner (4), and I believe (4) 10mm bolts holding across the front for a total of 12.
Hmmmm - I ran into the cone in front of the timing light at the solo Sunday, so I'll have to take mine off & RE-fix the crack

And as far as drilling holes for the two additional tiny bolts, I really doubt that would be necessary unless you are planning on cruising 150+ mph constantly.
I drilled them holes anyway because I am a moron.
