Ever since I had my car it has mad a very light ticking sound while applying the gas. It sounds like it is coming from the vent to the left of the sterring wheel. Whether the car is in gear and going, or in neutral and just revving it, the ticking noise occurs. While just at idle, no sound. I know for sure it's not the lifters though. I was just curious if all these cars made that noise, or if something's up. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Probably just the fuel injectors ticking.

injectors. .marvel mystery oil will stop it. put it in and give it a couple days. fixed mine and two other friends. all b16's
