$20 + 4 hours = paint to last me til next spring(56K, no suh)
well, my car was supposed to be gettin resprayed the factory green but we just ran out of time to get the supplies, and we lost the place we were goin to spray. so rather than leave my car wetsanded and bondoed until next spring, i decided to spray it so it all matches. so i bought single stage matte black tractor paint, reduced the livin hell out of it and we painted it in my buddy's front yard. so yes, there are some critters in teh paint and some dirt, but this is just to last me until it can be green again. im happy for the price. we had reducer and hardner already from before so totalcost was 20 bux and it took us about 4 hours. i know i joined the bandwagon, but its just matte black for now. so flame, hate, love it, watever 
oh, and as for teh white letterin on the tires, that new duplicolor tire pens dont work. it lasts until you go around a couple corners, i was pissed. it looked good before i drove it... anyway, pics.
i'll throw up a couple befores while im at it.
primerd last year
cypress green pearl with gold pearl in the clear coat(thats what its goin to be again next spring)
then gettin ready for paint this year(yup same wheels, we painted them over the winter)
and now from tonite
and one of my friend michelles car, and my car

thats at my buddy;s house, motor exploded, car got taken away after a very short part out. like, 1 day

i used those new duplicolor tire pens, i got them from work(advance) they didnt hold up so well. i let them dry for an hour, took some turns and the **** started to flake off. i may not have cleaned the tires good enough, who knows

Wowwwww. Looks so good, I'm going to have to do this to my CRX to hold out the winter until she can get painted too.
