Where to get a flange?

Where can I get a flange to mount up my JDM ITR header to my Civic Si? Any websites or stores in CA that sell them? TIA.

he's on honda-tech, his name is Matt, he sells them for 15-20 I think, can't remember his AIM name is BadAssIntegraGSR
