Looks pretty good. Maybe the tape is to keep the red in place so it doesnt shift around?

Haha Ghetto, but clever!

What I would do is taking some red modeling clay, fill in the spaces, with it... bake in an oven, then clear coat it with some spray paint.

Exactly

Though red modeling clay costs all of like, $0.83 a pack.

... though I was kidding about actually using it.

H-T is the home of Honda ricers.

I don't mind the H's, it's the Type-R emblems I do mind. The RSX is a Honda at heart, it is NOT a Type-R though, so to me, pretending its something its not, is rice.

I can understand not putting a VGS emblem on your S2k, or a DOHC VTEC sticker on your Civic DX, but a red Acura/Honda Badge isn't saying "I'm a type-r". It's just a red emblem.

Not saying I would do it.. I just don't see why it would upset anyone to see a red emblem. Do you also get upset over people using type-r headlights? Or wheels?

because in honda world, (with the exception of the ep3 si steering wheel) red has ALWAYS been reserved for the type r. the wheels and headlights have not carried over to other honda models like the red has. do u see itr headlights on a nsx-r? or a ctr? no, but i'll tell ya what you do see..... wait for it..... A RED BADGE!

I don't understand the logic. It's okay to put ITR wheels on a non-ITR, because those wheel are not also on the NSX-R or CTR, but because the red badge is on all Type-R's, it gets special treatment? Whatever works I suppose.... It's so hard to keep up with what cosmetic modifications are acceptable and what is rice these days.
