new to autocross: suspension question.

skunk2 coil with the built in shocks for it. the red and gold with progress anit-roll bars front and rear. not really sure how to match them up. any info is welcomed and very appreciated. thanx

my question is really on like spring rate and will it ride nice? will it also handle good?
