Spring rate of H&R OE?
This page should give you every springs' rate that you could ever want to know. The OE's are on there, but I would suggest something stiffer. I'm riding on 400f/300r GC's with Yellows and the ride is really not much worse than stock. If you have any more suspension questions feel free to ask.

I've had the OE/Bilstein setup for almost two years now (along with a Neuspeed rear sway and almost any other bar imaginable), so I was just toying with the idea of getting a slightly stiffer suspesnion setup. The problem is, I'm not looking to spend much more than a pair of springs cost, and I wouldn't want anything lower that I would have to purchase a camber kit or better shocks (i.e. externally adjustability), so I know my options are fairly limited if not completely eliminated.
Hi Ben,
The working spring rates that you requested are 250 lb/in up front while
the rear is 185 lb/in. These springs are progressively rated. For further
product information, ordering procedures, or a dealer near you, please feel
free to give our sales staff a call at (800)423-3623 or (805)388-7171 or you
may fax them at (805)388-0030. Thank you for your inquiry!

how about a used set of ITR springs? about $100/set and the rates are approx. 250f/250r with the rears being progressive. lowers the car 3/4 inch from a stock integ.
On that subject, I just thought I'd mention that I'll probably be selling mine once I install the kg/mm DR Racing's and find that I really like them.
