Default big prob with Upper arm

I have a big issue with my rear upper control arms....i tried to remove them to insert washer and they are completely striped...how can I take those suckers out. I heard behind that is like a welded inner screw or something... Thanks...i hate these suspension problems!!

yea there is a nut welded to the inside frame. go to a shop have them hit it with an impact gun.

the thing is that i myself have a pretty power cordless impact gun and it still spinds. I was thinking of using a pryier bar while hitting it with the impact gun but how about if I remove the bolts and the the nut that is welded in the back falls off or w.e...im afraid of staying without a car for some time.

You can buy a kit of sockets for stripped nuts. It sounds funny though. Try that.
You can always drill them out though.

well the nut is like behind the wall where the control arms mount on....so i dunno...hopefully helixcoiling it would be the solution...if not im guessing cutting metal is going to be envolved
