H22a misfire. I cannot find the problem
OK, so heres the deal. I have a 95 accord with the H22a swap. Lately, it has been misfiring like a ****. It first started with the puttering out the exhaust. The as I would drive it, sometimes the rpm needle would bounce from 0-6000 RPM's as if it was bouncing off of some sort of spring. I would hit the gas and it would slow down slowly, then I would down shift only for it to putter and back fire even more! It even cut off on me a few times while driving. I swapped the internals from a good distributor into the existing shell I have. Even then, the car still sounded like ****. I disconnted the internal coil to run the external MSD blaster coil with the MSD SCI ignition box. I also changed the spark plugs and ran colder NGK plugs. I was told that It may be a bad injector.
What the hell could be the problem??? Assistance please.

in my experience i come to believe that its a bad dist. i had the same problem with my 90 accord with a h23. the green/yellow wire for me was making the rpm to jump, make the car lag under load. and it making it buck while driving. i did what you did with swapped internals for the dist but just go ahead and buy a new one
i have an internal coil and it happens only while the engine is heated. It generally runs fine from a cold start for about 15 minutes
