If anyone has a service manual handy - can you tell me the torque specs on the following nuts:

1) Outer Tie Rod end castle nut
2) Lower Balljoint castle nut
3) Upper Balljoint castle nut
4) Upper Control arm nuts (above the shock tower)

At this point all the nuts are on tight enough to get the cotter pins through.
