anything is possible if you got the cash.

You can take it to a shop and have them install a sunroof on your car. It'll cost you some change though. Generally the aftermarket kits are stronger and larger than stock units (I saw this on T.V. somewhere)
I believe TruTuner still has a sunroof he's trying to get rid of. Might even be free. If you decide to take on the project shoot him a message. Then all you need to get your hands on is some beer a saws-all and about a half gallon of silicon... maybe some bandaids too....

real easy to do, my boi at g-spot does it all the time, You need to source a ls or gsr roof with sunroof, the wireharness and the switch-its plug and play. Of course the headliner. Your going to have to take out the front and rear glass-if it a sedan. Drill out the spot welds every 4 inches remove and replace. If your a noob take it somewere. Did it in 4 hours playing around.
I used to be an aftermarket sunroof installer (Sun Auto Tops in Ft Lauderdale FL) and WOULD NOT recommend it. one, its expensive, two theres a chance they will expletive up when they install it (like not getting it centered correctly. three, somewhere down the line it will cause you problems, whether it'll leak, motor go bad, glue on the headliner wont stick anymore and the list goes on. plus to remove an old one that has an unrepairable leak its a major PITA. i even watched my old boss (who had done it his whole life) seriously ripple and collapse a roof while trying to take one out to be replaced. problem is a ton of silicone is used to attach it and in some places you cant remove it all to take one out.

Exactly. You might even be able to find someone to just swap parts with and not have to buy anything, because a lot of people want to get rid of theirs for handling and weight reasons.

No way, would you rather spend months and lots of thinking, bank crap, and hassle to sell your car and buy a new one, or remove the windshield and headliner, drill out the old roof skin, weld in a new one (the welds are along the rain gutters, pretty simple nice clean seam), install some wiring, and be done in 1/50th the time of the first choice? BUT, I'd rather leave the sunroof out just because it saves weight, improves handling, and at the same time you will spend time and probably money to make your car slower. Personally, I only use my sunroof just because it's there and I can, but I wouldn't miss it if my car came without one. Sometimes I forget to open it and someone has to remind me because it doesn't do much, if you want fresh air then open the windows because not much comes in through the sunroof. That's just my info and opinion though, just trying to help you choose.
