rear disk brake help please!!!!
I recently intalled rear disk brakes of an integra onto my 96 ek hb....the master cylinder and everything else worked fine....disk are on and after going through alot of bleeding's...now the pedal when pressed, over sometime it touched the floor. Car has no leaks and breaks pretty good i would say...just that happens...ANY HELP OR ADVICE HERE HT....THANKS
bad m/c...likely. So i assume you used a 99-00 si m/c?
when swapping just the rear disc brakes, you dont need to swap the m/c to the bigger one, the rear wheel cylinders take up just about the same fluid volume as the rear calipers do. Only when you get bigger front brake is when you swap out the m/c.

Im guessing it would be that but me and my friends have put ours heads into this and its weird because there isn't any leaks and the car breaks. but the pedal slowing crawl towards the floor. Like i said..we bleed my brakes like at least 20 times...and all that pumping; I was wondering if that could have messed up the m/c....and in the mean time get a 15/16 m/c....would the brake booster be a must too...and one last ? do all eks bring the same prop valve....some ppl tell me NO and to try it for myself....others tell me they are the same part #...im a bit confused
Do you mean internally by leaking inside of the car or internally as in within the m/c while not been able to detect the leak just by looking at it? Thanks for the help though
internally inside the MC. if youre not losing fluid, then its just leaking past the internal seal that separates the reservoir from the pressurized brake lines.
you just need a new master cylinder.
what does this have to do with suspension? its a brake issue.
