Default Techone HID trouble, someone please help

I recently installed a techone H4 hid kit, and it worked great for about a month, and just tonight my right headlight went out. It blew a fuse, so I replaced the fuse, and it still wont come on. It will flicker like its about to come on, but then it doesn't. Could the bulb be possibly shot, or would the bulb not turn on at all if it was? Thanks for any help

swap bulbs and see if it works. If not, it's the ballast. This is why you don't buy the 'kits', most are garbage.

I tried swapping the bulbs, and it still doesnt work. Does this mean its the ballast or the bulb that doesnt work? The bulb still flickers but doesnt turn on.

I would bet its the ballast. Another thing, did you try to put the "bad" bulb in the other headlight? I am going under the assumption that just one of the headlights doesnt work.
