So here's the story, I noticed he had a set of "CTR" cams for sale barely used and I've been looking for a new or like-new exhaust cam to go with my intake cam. So I asked him if he'd be willing to seperate it and just sell me the ex. cam. i asked for pics of the distributer side end, but all he would send me were shitty cell phone pics. I should've known somethng was up, but he answered my questions and assured me they were ctr & in like new condition. Since I'm getting ready to put my head back together, I figured I'd just go for it. Paid $150 for the cam 07/13 and didn't recieve until 07/27, but didn't really mind because he kept me informed. However, when I opened the box I knew something was wrong.

Looks like a stock b16 ex. cam to me!!! I contacted him immediately and he just replied "all sales final, you got pics & you said ok" and gave me this bullshit story, like it was my fault. He refused to give me a refund when I offered to ship it back. Here's the pics, if you think he should refund me my money, PM him and tell him what you think of scammers. If anyone in CT knows him, give him a kick in the nuts for me & tell him to be a man and refund me my god damn money.

The shittiest part of this whole thing is that he gave me this sob story "oh, I have parts on my credit card I have to pay for, that's why I'm selling them" So, because I've been in that situation, I thought I was helping out a fellow h-t member pay back some parts and I end up getting fucked over. Karma's a bitch man, you'll get yours!!

it happened to me before, 'cause i over trusted on pll..i was afraid of asking pics...now if theres no clear pic on site, or i cant pick up the item, no deal

This guy still refuses to give me a refund even with all this proof. Also, because this wasn't an ebay transaction and I got SOMETHING from him, paypal won't investigate a claim. So basically, he could've sent me a tree branch in the mail and paypal will do nothing about it (just a warning to everyone out there about aypal).

SO, if you read this & agree with my side of the story, send ALL MTR EM1 a text saying this is bullshit & he should give me a refund. Thanks all for the support

 

wtf paypal should have done more than that, i would complain to paypal till they do something about it, if it was that easy to get away with on paypal then noone would use it.
