Default Main relay with 4 wires?

I bought a 1991 CRX with the B16A swap and have been having touble getting it to start in hot weather. I have already changed the main relay, but the fuel pump only kicks on and the relay only clicks about 75% of the time I turn on the ignition? Also, the schematic in the shop manual shows 7 wires going into the relay and mine only has 4 wires and none of them read over one volt with the igniton on or the car running? What am I missing here? I really want to like Hondas, but this thing is pissing me off.

You have replaced a relay,
NOT the MAIN RELAY.

The MAIN RELAY looks like this.

Is this what you changed?

No......

Go to HONDA and buy a Main Relay.

Problem solved.

Could be bad solder joint on the main relay board... before just blindly buying another one, why not pop off the board and have a look at the solder on the bottom of the board? use a magnifying glass and look for cracks around the pins. Mine had several that were 'cold' joints. Touch them up with a hot solder iron, plug it back in and see what happens. You've already got it out, its not much more work to save yourself some $$$ on a part you might not need.
