i am not sure what year, but does 500 bucks (with slides and bracket to fit my car exactly) sound right? thanks for the input, if there is anything i am worried about, its the wear/tare on the seats with daily driving, WHAT DO U GUYS THINK?

i am about to jump on them...but can i rely on them lasting for at least for the next 4 years with daily driving, regular long trips between houston and austin, and the texas heat with proper care? THANKS a bunch though

If you are lucky enough to find them, JDM s2k is the only way to go.
The USDM seats are leather but like the other guys said, they get hot in the sun.
Mine is JDM s2k base model. The center back and seat cushion is a sort of tweed and the grey outer leather is a grippier pleather material. not really leather and not suede either. if you get a chance to see them in person you will know what I mean. it is hard to describe but it grips a whole lot better than stock USDM s2k seats.

$500 is a great price, assuming these seats are in good condition.
Btw, my friend may have a JDM S2k seat for sale. He replaced the passenger seat with a spoon bucket.

its a good price if their not stolen, which i highly doubt their legit.
not that many s2k's owners want to sell their oem parts. especially for that low.

I have S2000 seats in my Prelude (BB6). I like them a lot, very comfortable, good leather, good looks.
If you want the seats to bolt in exactly right, though, you will need custom brackets. You can bend the S2K ones to fit, but you'll only line up three holes.
$500 for seats and custom brackets is cheap. If they're legit, go for it.
Don't have a close up pic at the moment, but here's my pair.
