have h&r race springs on a 93 accord. they are kinda old, and i want to replace them. should i stick with the h r or neuspeed race springs? which do u think would give or lag ?

 

Springs rarely get old. It will last the car most of its life. If your looking for something new neuspeed Race will prob drop your car lower and might need some new shocks while your at it. But if you plan to stay with h&r I dont see a point in changing springs with the same spring.
