YOur going to want to strip the paint off with (aircraft stripper) you can get it at any walmart, hardware store, autozone, etc... thaats the name of it. aircraft stripper.. then your going to want to get an assload of sand paper from 80 grit all the way up to 2000 grit.. WETSANDING EVERTHING no dry sanding. Your going to go through alot so be prepared. After you have gone through all the sand paper up to 2000 and your happy with the smoothness and there arent any scratches.. Use "Mother's metal polish" again you can get it anywhere. Polish that bad boy up. throw on a coat of wax and your done.. It took me about 5 hours to polish my asr bar.. so except it to take a while!! hope that helps you out..
