My EG Got Some New Shoes, Need Suggestions on Caliper Colour (56k no)
Well I travelled to Massena, NY to get them.
I live on the outskirts of Montreal, so it was a lil over an hour drive.
I got them for a great deal, 310$US for 16" R1 Drift Gunmetal Wheels with Awesome tires that have less than 500km driven on them.
Just wondering now, what colour should i paint the calipers?
A few thoughts i had were, Red, Gold/Bronze or Black
I'd like to get a 2nd opinion so that why i'm asking you guys
Btw Yes i know she needs a drop .. badly lol
P.s - Sorry for the Crappy camera resolution

I think just paint them high temp silver or use some elbow grease and wire brush/sand/polish them.

AFAIK most NA civics have been built in Canada for a while.
I'm pretty sure that bumper's not stock. How would you attach a front licence plate with that trim there? And if it was made specifically for no front plate, why are there plate holes? It looks like your EG has an evil pencil mustache.
As far as the calipers and drums, I say high-temp flat black is the way to go.

just to clear it up, I am from Canada too and no that black rubber that goes on the bumper is not stock... it was an option from the dealer and it wasn't that popular. Most on civic in Montreal don't have them but I have seen a few and I am not really crazy about it.
Also we don't have to worry about putting a license plate on the front bumper so who cares about those silly holes!!

Also to the OP, don't bother painting the calipers because the color fade's away and you will start to see cracks in the paint. Trust me I know, the idiot before me who had the car painted the front ones blue and the back one's green. Thank god they faded away and I sanded some of it away but if you get real close you can still see a little bit of paint. I can't wait till they are finished so I can get some nice Willwood to replace them.
That is one problem in Quebec is that we have to many RICERSSSS!!!!
