trust panel filter
jun manifold
orc flywheel
ats 4.9 finaldrive
spoon trottle bodie

what will i do next??

neat. how about some cams and high comp pistons? or beef up your fuel and injectors and get it tuned.

its a 00 ek9 i heard the ctr pistons are **** if i went for new ones would i notice a differance.

If it's a B16B, the best thing IMO would be to swap out the crank/rods for ITR crank/rods.

Instant Type R motor with monstrous compression. (Not that I like the CTR's, but hey, if you've got the octane and tuning ability...)

Bang. Right there^^^.

I agree with him on this, but if you flycut the CTRs, the compression would be down a bit. Or get aftermarket ones, slightly lower compression, etc

Edit: B16B = already has CTRs. me. Big cams, and a bit of headwork.

so i just need oem integra type r con rods and crank thats basicaly putting in a stroker kit whats the best pistons i could buy.
