so my friend wrote off my teggy (pics)

I owned the car for a MONTH.... what a retard. Anyway, there was $13000 in damages... time to find a new third gen.

Caused by the elderly...... some idiot was going super slow approaching their yield and we were going 80km/h... they went through the yield when it wasn't safe and he rear ended them. Insurance declared the old people to be at fault.... but still. so choked

i don't see how they awarded them at fault cause in the end, you rear ended them.

well your friend that is..
but thats just messed up that they were at fault..espically since it was a yield sign..it means slow down...and why were you driving at 80km when it says yield..

iunno...whatever, look on the brighter side, you're okay, and you're getting money back and best of all, you guys weren't charged at fault.
