Default Going to get, and am very excited.

I thought Id join the ranks in " My new Bike story " Ive been looking for a while, recently sold my CBR 900 RR And was almost the owner of a 99 ZX-6R. But I found the deal! Its a 2004 CBR 600RR. 8000 or so miles, and I dont even have to leave town to get it! Very excited, to the point of burning work down, just to leave wink wink. I could litterally drink fire I want it so bad, but patience will have to do. If anyone is interested I was going to get you all to put just CBR 600RR pics up. compare and contrast. What are some upgrades ( other than a slip on ) that people have done to there bikes that they have enjoyed? Thanks guys wish me luck!

Why not? Does more cc's = more fun? Or just so you can brag to your friends that you have this many cc's?

dude who cares if the 929 has a few more horsepower, not everybody is interested in doin mach 5 down the highway, some people like the twisties and the 600 is much better for that

and also like the original poster said the 900 was to big and heavy for him, the 600 is smaller and lighter and will easier for him to handle, imo this is a very good upgrade for him and a wise decision

***** im selling my 03 R1 right now, and iv been thinking about goin to a 07 600, not sure yet, i like the twisties more then i like goin mach 7 down the highway

riding fast in a straight line is for people who don't know how to ride....which is why we said

Bah, you just have to shift more to stay in the powerband.

I shaved the "1000" emblems from my YZF, and most people think it's a 600, lol.

And if you knew something you'd know that a 95 900RR with a clutch problem is nothing compared next to a new 04+ 600 in all areas of performance.

i have a 400. i've thought about getting a 600 or even a liter bike, but every time i go out for a ride i decide against it.

i can rip through 3 gears and only be going about 70-80mph. in other words, i can beat the crap out of my bike and not really break any laws. to me, that is a lot more fun than *****-footing around at 1/4 throttle... *shrug*
