I cant lock up my brakes at all on my 94 EX. Im running autozone stock pads, and I dont even wanna drive it until I get a good set of pads, it has a turbo B16 and if get in boost for even 10 seconds it cant stop fast enough. I was thinking axxis ultimates. do you reccomend something else.

I'm using Axis stock replacements.

I found them in the sponsor section.

They stop fine, but I get a lot of noise when they're cold. (That's my fault. I didn't put a non-directional finish on my rotors after I had them turned.)

Depends on how fast it's going.

I never got on them really hard at the track (only trapped 105). I'd go across the line & coast for awhile before braking.

They're just stock replacements, so I'd say under hard braking, no.

I think I got mine through NoLimitMotorSports: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1052170

PM him and tell him what you want & he'll tell you the best pad to get.

Another one that was in the Sponsor's Forum: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/831223

If it's just a drag car a "Big Brake Kit" would be a waste.

Maybe some Brembo Blanks & some pads a little stickier than stock.
