I was trying to take the bulb out of my 05 accord.
Somehow, I cant take twisted my bulb to take out.

is there any reason why I can't take my bulb out?

 

does it have a release spring that you may need to pop?

 

no. Its 9005bulb and 9006bulb those two bulbs dont need any spring to hold the bulbs.

well I haven't tried it on an 05 - but there's a plastic ring around the bulb that actually holds it in, and on my 97 just twisting that was quite a challenge. I'm guessing it's a similar system where you twist the outside plastic ring counter clockwise about 1/4th of a turn then you can wiggle the bulb out

 

What he said is correct. I really had a tough time doing it on my 04 as well, once you twist the plastic electrical harness 90 degress, it should slide right out. But the hard part on the low beam lights, because they sit towards the corner of the chassis, is getting enough leverage to twist them enough.
