Electrical load detector???

Default Electrical load detector???

Ok my 93 civic is throwing a 20 code (Electrical load detector) what could cause this and where is the load detector and how can i fix it?? Thanks!

A short in the alternator wiring from what I've seen will throw this code. The ELD is located inside the underhood fuse box. A code is generally thrown when there is an excessive electrical load detected. Usually a short to ground.
