Thats the first placed I checked and its not in their cutouts section, so they no longer carry it. that link u sent is for teh mr gasket cast iron cutout, its not the same thing and they only come 2 inches, they rust very easily and leak alot.

 

I can sell you my old TB and you can make that.

 

summitracing.com has them. They are different though, but still cable operated.
