Default Thinking about getting the HFP suspension kit for a 06 SI !

I am thinking about getting the HFP suspension i havent heard much about it if any 1 has had it installed please let me know what the ride is like and if its worth it. The only reason i am thinking about this is to keep the factory warrenty other wize i would just buy a tein coilover setup.

The HFP is prob around $850 or more installed and the Tein is around $1500. I just want to hear about the HFP 1 first.

i was gonna go hfp suspension, but then i heard that tien was much nicer with the new si. and as for warranty, i am the first one to maintain my warranty and not have something go wrong and me have to pay for it... but the way i look at it is like this.... i had a 99 v6 accord with the usual i/h/e, dropped, 18's, etc and went through 3 transmissions within 100k miles (they were pieces of **** and dont cool down nearly enough)... and not once out of everything going wrong wiht the car did any of the struts/shocks/bushings/etc ever expletive up. if u want tien get it because odds are u wont have to replace any suspension parts before ur warranty is up

not true. if it isnt a honda part, even if they install it, if it causes a problem honda will not honor the warranty. if u make nice with the mechanics up there they can probably help u alot more than the service reps

we install aftermarket parts at my dealership. in fact im the one that handles all of the aftermarket equipment here at norm reeves honda in cerritos. we can do the install, but one of the members posted, honda will not honor the warranty. we would only cover the install and parts installed for a 1 year/12k mile warranty if the parts were installed after the purchase of the car. if they were installed on the car before the purchase, then we would cover the customer under the 3year/36k mile warranty. in addition to this, there is a disclaimer that we have all the customers fill out prior to purchasing/installing aftermarket parts, acknowledging that they are not going to be covered by the full honda factory warranty. hope this helps.
