Default Hondata s200 question: Tuned for built engine, going back to stock engine

Sorry for being such a nOOb, but everyone's gotta start somewhere.
Ok, so here is the deal.

I have the Hondata s200 in my car right now, and it is mildly-tuned for a "built" engine (listed below). I am putting a stock b16a back in there for now (the parts listed below that have '*' will be installed on the stock b16a)

"BUILT" ENGINE:
2.0L b18c block, sleeved
11.5:1 compression
skunk2 stage2 cams
*dc sports 4-1 header (i know, i know)
*AEM V2 cold air intake
*b16a Head (no port)
*Skunk2 manifold
*MSD digital 6 ignition w/blaster coil/cap (full system)
*AEM fuel rail & FPR
*310cc injectors, or bigger
*walboro 255 fuel pump

So basically, the same setup. Just changing the block back to the stock b16a 1.6L and removing the S2 stg.2 bumpsticks.

Would the b16a run safely with the Hondata still tuned for the built engine?
Or, is it just recommended I tow my car to my shop for tuning?

So your going to a b16 w/boltons.You could probably use a stock ecu.But you will need to retune if you keep the hondata.

So would it be safe/ok to start the b16/bolt-on's with the Hondata still tuned for the Other setup??

The setup will probably run rich etc.

I would recommend you just unplug the s200 system, sell it and get your self a 28 pin eprom chip with a map for your new setup.

Nah. I plan on getting it retuned for the b16a. I am just running the b16a 'til the new setup gets finished.
