That looks like a type-r style lip for a civic.

 

its a CTR style

theyre right it is a "ctr", "type r" style lip...depends where/what company you buy from..diff places call it diff things,,,,as for me i have the same lip on my sol and i got it from jsmshit.com and its called "type r style" if it is for a del sol, make sure you get 99-00 civic though or else you will have to do some modifying/shaving before you can install.....99-00 civic fits perfect!
