Also, I'm not a B-series expert. Is there an advantage to using a B16 head on the B18c5 block?

exterior
The exterior is almost perferct besides a scratch or two on the the hood and a few rock chips from daily driving. i would give the car 9.5+/10
interior
The interior is also in very good condition the SI interior swap has every piece except for the flip-down storage compartment cover. there are no rips or tears in the vinal and no cracks in the dash. The seats have no tears. 9/10
The B16 head with the ITR Springs, Retainers, and Cams is almost the exact same head as the b18c5 but the C5 head comes from the factory with a minor port job. so there is no advantage to that combo, but the results are almost the same.

Does it have a rear disc brake swap or does it still have brake drums?
Does the car come with paperwork (i.e., paperwork for work that been done or papers for the motor....)? Any idea how many miles are on the motor? Chassis?

the car still has the brake drums off of a crx si.
when i bought the car, there was no paperwork from the motor, but there are alot of receipts from maintenance.
the miles on the motor are unknown but the car was not driven much due to the previous owner being in the army. if i had to guess i would say that the miles are definately way under 100k
theres around 236k on the body but it was painted within the last 3 years
