Default oil leaking from the exhaust manifold?

my civic with an f22 burns throught a great amount of oil. the thing is it only burns a small amount through the tailpipe. The header burns the rest of it. It drips all over the front of the block and seems to run down the header. i thought it was a crack in the block but could it be a head gasket or something.

Please somebody even give me a guess

Both could be it. Clean it really well and see where fresh oil is coming out.
