Default H22 build questions, lots of questions, compression ratio, 18g turbo(yeah i know its long

I have a few questions. I have a 98 prelude that I recently had the block sleeved for boost. Here is what I had done, micropolished the crank, bored and sleeved to 88mm, stock stroke, wiseco pistons 8:4:1 compression, stock head, skunk intake manifold, msd ignition. Here is my question my goals for the car are just to have a car I can take to the track for some drags and maybe get into some auto cross or time attack. I didnt have time to wait for the compression ratio I needed for the pistons because the car broke down and I was moving from one state to another. I didnt want to have to come back for the vehicle and leave the vehicle in another state. I only have a greddy turbo kit so im not expecting big numbers. I guess I want to know will this set up work for me , or i was thinking of upgrading the turbo to an garret gt 2871r or gt 2876r. Will the greddy turbo be ok with that compression ratio? Will the bore change of 1mm change the way the 18g performs with this compression ratio? Should I upgrade the turbo? I have lots of questions. Sorry so long!
The flame suit is on.
Thanks!
