Default intake manifold?

will a JDM k20a type R intake manifold help my car if i change it out with my stock intake manifold?

rbc manifold from 06 civic si-------6-10 hp at top end, some midrange gains depending on your set up. best way to go

JDM K20. Direct fit. NOt sure about new si manifold, probaly more expensive.

civic si manifold $179 online, need to get karcepts throttle body plate adapter $80

simple as that

take an hour 1/2 at the most to install

It's a good thing to do but upgrade you throttle body for a bigger one too.

I imagine cam's are a more advanced install. How much would it cost on average to get a respectable shop in my area to install cam's? Don't mean to thread jack but i've been wondering this for a little bit and didn't wanna make a whole new thread for it.
