Default what's different about the 98 spec?

What is special about the 98 spec type R? i'm interested in what is different about the motor. Is the only difference just the header?

HID, 5-lug, GSR 4th/5th gear, 4.7 FD, bigger sways, 4-1 exhaust manifold, optional SRS, optional Type-Rx add-ons

These are at the top of my head.
