Default 00 B16 TRANSMISSION GONE WRONG

ok guys my clutch was going out and i decided to replace it. Right before i figure the transmission was going out though i was having a problem acclerating when in reverse. I would travel about 1 ft and then it would seem like the car would stop as if the axle was popped out. Checked to see if it was the axle and it was not. Now when doing this the car would also get stuck in gear. This only occurs while i am in reverse.
i have replaced the clutch as of now and dont know what to look for. Also the tranny is a 2000 b16 hydro...

I thanks in advance!!!!!!!

Sounds like you have a bent shifter fork.

So what is the verdict on your tranny? What was broken on it? I have the same exact issue as you described. Another guy here also had a similar problem and found that a bearing had cracked apart.

What do you mean by scratched? Does your issue look anything like in the link below? Let me know what the results are.

No thats not my tranny, though our issue was the same as his. I posted a pic to see if yours looked like that, nut I am guessing yours was not as bad. I stopped driving mine as soon as it happened. I am hoping for minor damage like yours.
