I have a 94 honda del sol si i wanna do a engine swap but i know i need a brake upgrade. http://www.tirerack.com/brakes...otors
that would be the website im getting my brakes from. however you can either get 240mm or 262mm which one would be better. DOes it really make a difference if i go with a 240mm. By the way I am putting a b16a2 inside the del sol. I am curious with which why i should go. I dont' plan to race. Can i still brake with the 240mm? Any input would be great.

you have a del sol si but that link you provided above is for a del sol VTEC. so just do another seach and get brembo blanks or duralast/valuecraft rotors if you want to save $$. akebono proACT are good steet pads with no squeal and minimal dust.

you DO know that its not as easy as simply "slapping" the new rotors on right? if they are bigger then stock, your calipers wont fit over them.

No, it doesn't matter at all. Your car will still be slow as hell with a B16A in it, and unless you're going up to 140mph on residential streets you won't need a brake upgrade.

yup. and you already have the rear discs (cosmetic upgrade) your brakes will be fine. just take it easy and get used to the extra weight for the first few weeks
