Adjustable strut question...premature wear?
OK, my friend stated that if I adjust a strut twice a day (maybe more per day) everyday, the strut will prematurely wear out. Is this true or even possible? I'd like to know prior to purchasing Koni-Neuspeed Yellows...
I wouldn't worry about it they come with a lifetime warranty. Why would you need to adjust them that much? I've had mine for over a year with no signs of premature wear. Just find a setting thats comfortable for your driving style and leave it there. The only time I really ever adjust them is if I am going on a very long drive I will put them on a softer setting. BTW I have mine set to 4 in front and 4 in back and the ride is pretty comfortable and it handles really well but it also depends on your spring rates I have mine matched up with H&R sports. I'm no suspension expert but these are my experiences with them and I would recommend them to anybody that doesn't need a full coilover setup.
Hoped that helped a little.

seriously, if you can do that to the damper, why don't you see the manufactuer put a big **** warning label?
people change it so many thing when they are tuning the suspension, worry about suspension travel and bumpstop if you want your damper to last
