4 point harness bar?

where do you find the bar that runs behind the two front seats to bolt in the top 2 straps of a four point harness....websites that carry them would be a nice help

oh and its for a 93 civic hatch

try ebay, or the website for the brand of race harness you got them from, or try summitracing.com
