Ok, so I got my first car a few months ago.....its a 90 civic ex sedan. Not the greatest, but hey, it gets me from point a to point b. So I was wondering what I should do to it performance wise, to give it a little bit more zip. Right now it has a cold air intake, and 3" exhaust, but other than that, its all stock. I'm looking to keep it under $300 if possible, because I'm poor.....lol. Any suggestions?

3" exhuast? dude.

I say dont do **** to it. save and do a swap or turbo the current engine.

however, i say if it needs paint get paint. then wheels and lower it a tad.
