Default Getting SKunk2 cam gears installed

i am putting SKunk2 cam gears put on my 2000 Prelude and i was wanting to know if i should advance or retard the timing and if so how much? all i have is intake/header/exhaust. please let me know. thanks

The biggest gains when you advance/retard your cam timing are when you have aftermarket cams since the stock ignition timing is specifically set up for your stock cams. Some one correct me if I'm wrong.
