Ok, so my uncle gave me a 1991 Civic LX Sedan. I love it. A week after I got it I got my buddy over and we welded up a custom catback exhaust. Then I got my cold air intake. Now what ? My civic needs a little more giddy up but I dont have the money for a swap or turbo. Any suggestions ?! THANKS

Leave it stock and take good care of it. This will teach you to appreciate how reliable and well built Hondas are. Then in a couple years, buy a hatch and build it up. You'll enjoy it much more after having driven the sedan for a while. Besides, if you pour a bunch of money into your car, later on you'll wish you'd put the money into a hatch, or CRX.

 

yea don't spend your money on a sedan, keep it nice...save up for a sportier looking car...i remember i spent thousands of dollars on my 87 accord and i really wish i would have just kept it stock and clean.. just to get me around...

 

i was 16 with a hatch and integra. worked my *** off and paid for both.

then swaped the hatch with a b16 when i was 17. hoope fully i will boost it by graduation.

its summer dude, work 70-80 hours week like i do.

u got the car for free, that saved you a grand or two (unlike me)

people already said this and i agree, take care of it and buy a different car to work with. ull regret putting money in the sedan later.

but thats my opinion. its your car, and your project.
