ok so i have a 95 hatch with a b18c1 in it....

i am running a rage header so i figured i would get an omni adjustable test pipe and pick up a cat back from HT... so i finally get the catback that i wanted (its an Apexi WS2 black) for an eg6...

well putting on an exhaust aint rocket science and i have built a couple of nissans before so i know what to do but when i take out the middle section of the test pipe to make it as short as possible the midsection hangars are off by about 2inches to long give or take... which the screws up the rest of the fitment from there back... if i try to make it fit the bend is hitting the gas tank...

do i have the right test pipe and is this a common problem... i dont mind cutting and welding it but i just figured since it was adjustable that i wouldnt have to...

let me know your suggestions and i dont mind being flammed so bring it! thanks

 

cut off about 1.75 inches from the middle pipe

 

i have a b16 swap in my eg6 with ws2, same test pipe coming from an itr header and it fits in really tight with the middle pipe on
