Default B18c swaps, what header are you running?

I am pulling my b16 out and installing a completly rebuilt gsr motor in my 90si using the hasport efb2 kit. My crossmember is already notched. Im wondering what the ground clearence will be like with a 4-1 itr header. Any pics of your setups? My dc 4-2-1 fits nice I may reuse it but I want to see if I can use a ITR 4-1.

same here... i bottomed out on a metal circular plate that was in the parking lot at the gas station, and it crushed 2 of the tubes.

I'm using DC Sports JDM ITR 4-1 headers w/ the 2.5" collectors, I just bought some traction bars instead of notching my front cross member, in stead of loos the neccessay strength from cutting a cross member i decided to get the traction bars beside it totally eliminated wheel hop also. Not to mention it gave my me room on the bottom side of the motor. As for clearance issued I drive hard but cautious also, if you don't have super stiff springs on the front you'll bottom them out it less than 5 miles down the road. I got Skunk 2 springs w/ 700 lbs spring rate on the front w/ 4way adj. struts on the front so my front end has VERY little travel. Yes it rough at certian points but gotta give to get ya know!!!

What mounts are you using and how much ground clearence do you have? I tried to install a powercore 4-1 ( it came w/ my swap) using some avid (I think thats what they are) mounts and the header had like 2-3 inches of ground clearence. I took them off right away and got the dc header. I know the hasport mounts set the motor up higher in the engine bay. Im just wondering what kind of ground clearence I will have with the 4-1.

im rock'n hasport mounts.. for b18c/b16a hybrid... unfortunately 99% of the 4-1 designs out there will hang looooow.... you can be as carfull as you want... but all it takes his going up/down a drive at the wrong angle... speed hump ... to intoduce your lower 2 pipes to mother earth.. then you will be swearing all the way home hehe
