Service port is under the dash next to the drivers kick panel. I believe you have to know the pinout of which connector to jump.

i was reading its 8 abd 13! So i can use the paperclip on the black service port there. I looked allaround for the brown and black wire connector no dice. Its not as easy as locating the one in my lude!

I bet it's the same as my '98 Accord...
That connector is for reading the error codes, not for resetting.
Key off. Open right-front door.
Open the fusebox in that of the dashboard -
Remove fuse #13 for a minute or so.
Put it back in & go.
If you're trying to reset a CEL, remember that if you haven't fixed the problem, the CEL will just come back.

Im trying to read the CEL, i looked at the service port and when i put a paperclip inside of it it went all the way through and didnt hit anything so i am confused at this point!
well i found the problem the pins are wrong. Its number 4 and 9 on my accord.
I got 17 flashes. VSS fault!! I dont think that is the problem the speedo works fine. I was thinking it had to do something with the O2 sensor. Since this car gets only 24 mpg on a good day and it should be getting over 30 for a accord EX if i am not mistaken! And i spent all this money tuning it up!
