can salvaged titles be changed to a normal title?if so how would you go about doing so?

 

nope. because if you did that'd be lying. basically a salvage title is used to let people who buy the car know it's fucked up

 

i believe when a car is sold out of state the salvage title is removed. it'll still show up on a carfax tho...

and the best you can do is get to a restore/rebuilt title

people typically "wash" titles through texas. You can register a car in texas with a salvaged out of state title, and texas will issue a new "clear" title. If you dont believe me, you should. Check out ebay, and do a search on cars for sale. Look how many "deals" are for sale in texass!!!

Yeh I am rebuilding mine from a salvage right now... the value drops rediculously when this type of thing occurs..
but I dont care... I am keeping my lude FOOORRREEEVVVEEERRR....

 

i also heard that you can do the same thing through Floridda...dont know how much of it is true

 

Nope...My car has a salvage title, and I don't plan on selling it anyways
