My 91 Accord Lx is making this incessant beeping noise that is coming from this box under the passenger seat whenever the car is on. Both of the automatic seatbelts are fastened. Please help!!! I want it stopped cause it's driving me nuts!!!!

 

Could be your ecu, but i may be wrong. Thats where Honda put some of the older model ecu's.
