Default Sub install

im installing a sub in my 97 Honda civic EX coupe and i was wondering if a capacitor is necessary to effectively run an Infinity Perfect 10" sub with an infinity mono block 300 watt sun amp

for 300 watts not useually unless it has a massive amp. draw but caps are def. worth it imo the choice is yours

no dont buy one u dont need it with that small of wattage. u will only notice it draw more power from ur battery. Its only worth while if u have more that 700 watts.

he doesn't need a big one, he can get a small cap and it'll prolong the life of his alt.

if you do get one get a .5 frag (you don't really need that) anything over that will be a waste of money.
you only need a 1 frag cap for every 800 watts
