Default h22/h23 question

alright...i searched the accord and prelude forum and found no answers to what i'm looking for...so here it goes...are the internals of the h22 and h23 the same...and the head is different...is that correct...(i'm trying to get a list compiled of what's available for the h23 as i want to make some serious power with this engine!)...i found some pistons online that said they were for the 92-97 prelude...but it didn't specify which engine...so basically my question is are the blocks the same?

the bore is the same between the two, basically the h23 has more stroke, it has been debated weather or not the h23 uses an accord crank.....

the h23 is a h22 with no vtec and a f22 crank
and overbored by .1 liter to slightly increase teh torque.

156ft/lbs feels good.

thanks fellas...so can the h22 crank be swapped in to that engine to up some hp...or would this not be worth it...my plans are to get an h23 up to about 200 + hp at the wheels and then i wanna run a turbo on it...(and eventually hit around 270-280 hp)...thanks fellas...
